It features multi-component design with nutrition education, behavior change and empowerment at its core. This program retains much of the original curriculum and know-how of the full MEND 7-13 program, but is newly organized into modular sessions, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. Delivered by one program coach, it is affordable. Coach’s can deliver a superior curriculum on their own to small- or medium-sized groups. It is fun and easy to follow, and helps families get the tools they need to be healthy for life.
